Business Groups / Teams
| In our work with business groups and teams over the year, some of the most popular work we have done has been the less traditional, non-ordinary activities that we have offered. | |
| The response from our clients has been consistently positive towards these elements of our work, and have had significantly more impact in changing behaviours and developing more productive skills than traditional “training” methods. Our aim is to awaken people to the fact that change is not about learning new facts , rather about realising that we are working through four routes or “selves”… | |
Our Thinking self |
Our Emotional self |
Our Physical self |
Our Spiritual self |
Most ‘traditional’ (as in modern businesses) training and development addresses almost exclusively the ‘Thinking Self” – they major on facts, logical reasoning and knowledge, with almost no regard for our other ‘selves’. This can be effective if the aim is to learn new facts. If you want to see a difference in behaviour and outputs you have to look elsewhere. |
Most people’s behaviour, especially under stress, is not based on what they know, rather on how they feel! Their emotional and psychological reaction to an event. To work successfully as a team people need to “grow up” and away from their attachments to old emotions and psychological responses. |

Our group and team sessions will be highly participative and interactive, with both time for self, and time to connect with others in stronger and more significant ways than in traditional “team building” events. This is a significant opportunity from which you can achieve the following: |
