We are not prescriptive in our approach, neither do we recommend that you have to have a specific goal, or goals. Holding a true INTENTION to ‘see’, to become more aware, to ‘connect’, to touch, to feel will be a sufficient goal in itself…. “getting yourself out of the way” and opening up to the “flow” will bring you surprising and fruitful experiences and outcomes.
